Aff Blog AI is a digital product provided on a monthly subscription basis. All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds for digital products. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to our service and digital content, which cannot be returned.

Subscription Refund Request Process

While we do not guarantee refunds, we understand that circumstances change. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances that warrant consideration for a refund, you may submit a formal request to our support team at support@affblogai.com within 3 days of your initial purchase. Please note that:

• All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only in exceptional circumstances
• Refunds will not be issued if your account has violated our Terms of Service
• If a refund is approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days to process

Digital Product Exclusion

As a digital product, Aff Blog AI cannot be refunded once you have received access to the service. This includes access to our plugin, documentation, templates, and all associated digital materials. You acknowledge that once your subscription becomes active, the service has been delivered and is non-returnable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@affblogai.com with your order ID and reason for the refund request. Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled, you'll retain access until the end of your billing cycle, and you won't be charged again. Cancellation is not the same as a refund request.

Failed Payments & Billing Disputes

If your payment fails due to insufficient funds or other payment issues, we'll attempt to charge your card again in accordance with your subscription agreement. Multiple failed payments may result in account suspension.

Refunds for Billing Errors

If you were charged in error or charged multiple times, we'll issue a full refund immediately. Please contact us at support@affblogai.com with proof of the error, and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Monthly Subscription Model

Aff Blog AI is available exclusively on a monthly subscription basis. We do not offer annual plans or long-term prepaid options. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you signed up. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
